This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for purchases made through the LunarLife platform, including subscriptions, in-app purchases, and digital features.

 

LunarLife is operated by LunarLife.me, LLC (“LunarLife,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

 

By making a purchase through LunarLife, you agree to this Refund Policy.

 

 

2. App Store Purchases (Primary Method)

 

All payments for the LunarLife iOS app — including subscriptions, upgrades, and in-app purchases — are processed directly by Apple through the App Store.

 

Important

    •    LunarLife.me, LLC does not process payments or refunds directly for App Store purchases.

    •    Apple controls all billing, refunds, and payment disputes.

 

How to Request a Refund

 

If you believe you are entitled to a refund, you must submit a request directly to Apple:

    1.    Visit reportaproblem.apple.com

    2.    Sign in with your Apple ID

    3.    Select the LunarLife purchase

    4.    Choose “Request a refund”

    5.    Follow Apple’s instructions

 

Apple determines refund eligibility under its own policies.

 

 

3. Subscriptions

 

3.1 Subscription Charges

    •    Subscriptions are billed automatically by Apple at the start of each billing period.

    •    Charges are non-refundable once processed, except where Apple grants a refund at its discretion.

 

3.2 Cancellation

    •    You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Apple ID settings.

    •    Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period.

 

 

4. Founding Wave Access

 

Founding Wave access may include:

    •    Free or discounted premium features

    •    Early access benefits

    •    Lifetime or grandfathered access

 

Because Founding Wave access is either:

    •    Free, or

    •    Discounted as a one-time early-access benefit

 

Founding Wave access is non-refundable.

 

 

5. In-App Purchases & Digital Goods

 

All digital items, including but not limited to:

    •    Feature unlocks

    •    Tokens

    •    Badges

    •    Boosts

    •    Data quality enhancements

    •    Premium insights

 

are considered digital content and are:

    •    Delivered immediately upon purchase

    •    Non-refundable, except where Apple grants a refund

 

 

6. LunarLife Tokens & Data Dividend Rewards

 

LunarLife Tokens and data rewards:

    •    Have no guaranteed monetary value

    •    Are not legal tender

    •    Are not redeemable for cash unless explicitly stated

    •    Cannot be refunded, reversed, or exchanged

 

Participation in the Data Dividend Program does not guarantee earnings and does not qualify for refunds.

 

 

7. Promotional Credits & Bonuses

 

Promotional items, including:

    •    Free tokens

    •    Bonus features

    •    Trial access

    •    Referral rewards

 

are non-refundable and non-transferable.

 

 

8. Exceptions Required by Law

 

If local consumer protection laws require refunds in certain circumstances, LunarLife.me, LLC will comply with applicable legal obligations.

 

Such refunds, when applicable, will still be processed through Apple for App Store purchases.

 

 

9. Changes to This Policy

 

LunarLife.me, LLC may update this Refund Policy from time to time.

Material changes will be communicated via the app or website.
