EULA + DATA CONSENT FRAMEWORK

SECTION 1 — End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (“User”) and LunarLife, LLC (“LunarLife,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) governing your use of the LunarLife mobile application, website, services, AI models, and related features (“Services”).

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using LunarLife, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

 

 

SECTION 2 — License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use LunarLife for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement.

You may not:

• Copy or modify the Services

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

• Use LunarLife for unlawful, harmful, or misleading purposes

• Resell or sublicense your access

 

 

SECTION 3 — Nature of the Service (Required by Apple)

LunarLife provides self-awareness tools, emotional weather indicators, contextual insights, and timing intelligence based on user-entered information and environmental data.

LunarLife does not:

• Diagnose, treat, or provide medical or mental health care

• Predict the future

• Provide financial, legal, therapeutic, or medical advice

If you are in crisis or experiencing mental health concerns, contact a qualified professional.

 

 

SECTION 4 — User Content & User Data

You may submit text entries, mood inputs, preferences, time-based activities, questions to Celestial Search, and other signals (“User Content”).
You retain all rights to your User Content.

By submitting User Content, you grant LunarLife a limited license to:

• Process, store, analyze, and model the data

• Use anonymized, aggregate data for research, insights, product development, and optional revenue-sharing programs

• Display data to you through in-app features

We do not sell personally identifiable data without explicit opt-in.

 

 

SECTION 5 — Data Categories Collected

LunarLife collects:

1. User-Provided Data

   • Mood sliders

   • Journaling text

   • N-of-1 experiment inputs

   • Behavioral timestamps

   • Optional relationship syncing

   • Compatibility entries

2. System-Generated Data

   • Emotional weather patterns

   • Rhythm maps

   • Alignment windows

   • AI-derived tags

3. Environmental Phenomena

   • Cosmic data

   • Solar/lunar activity

   • Geomagnetics

   • Atmospheric patterns

4. Technical Data

   • Device type

   • App version

   • Crash logs

 

SECTION 6 — Data Quality Meter (Legal Wording)

To provide meaningful emotional weather insights, LunarLife uses a Data Quality Meter that reflects the depth, frequency, and clarity of your inputs.

The Data Quality Meter is:

• A non-diagnostic indicator

• Not an evaluation of mental health

• Not a rating of user value or worth

• Simply a measure of data completeness for modeling accuracy

Users may ignore the meter at any time.

 

SECTION 7 — Data Dividend Program (Optional Opt-In)

LunarLife offers an optional Data Dividend Program, allowing users to earn rewards or revenue share in exchange for contributing certain categories of anonymized or, if explicitly chosen, identifiable data.

7.1 — Anonymized Contribution (Default Opt-In Option)

If you opt in:

• Your data is stripped of personal identifiers

• Aggregated into large statistical datasets

• Used for pattern research, rhythm modeling, or third-party insight products

You earn:

• LunarLife Data Credits

• Milestone bonuses

• Badge-level multipliers

7.2 — Premium Contribution (Non-Anonymized, Explicit Consent Only)

Some partners may require user-level continuity for research.
If you explicitly choose to allow this:

• You provide identifiable data

• You receive higher revenue share

This requires double-consent per GDPR standards.

7.3 — Revenue Share Formula

Your revenue share is based on:

• Number of high-quality data attributes contributed

• Data consistency across time

• Badge tier (Bronze/Silver/Gold/Platinum/Founding Wave)

• Market pricing from third-party analysts

• Data category multiplier (e.g., mood patterns > text > timestamps)

Revenue share is variable and not guaranteed.

 

SECTION 8 — User Rights

You may, at any time:

• Delete your account

• Export your data

• Revoke data permissions

• Opt out of the Data Dividend Program

• Request erasure under GDPR/CCPA

• Modify consent settings

LunarLife will comply within statutory timeframes.

 

SECTION 9 — Privacy & Security

We implement:

• AES-256 encryption at rest

• TLS 1.2+ encryption in transit

• Zero-tracking of sensitive text outside the processing pipeline

• Segregated AI inference and storage layers

• Differential privacy on anonymized exports

 

SECTION 10 — Fees, Subscriptions & Founding Wave

Users joining during the Founding Wave window receive:

• Free access to all features during the Wave

• Lifetime access to certain premium features

• Ability to upgrade into advanced tiers later

 

Once subscriptions launch:

• New users may be required to pay

• Founding Wave members remain grandfathered at no cost

• Subscription terms will be disclosed in advance

 

SECTION 11 — Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

LunarLife offers insights for self-awareness only.

We do not guarantee:

• Accuracy of emotional predictions

• Outcomes, decisions, or results

• Changes to mood, performance, or behavior

You use the app at your own discretion.

 

SECTION 12 — Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Abuse

• Unauthorized use

• Security threats

• Legal non-compliance

You may terminate anytime by deleting your account.

 

SECTION 13 — Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by:

• State of Delaware (corporate domicile)

• U.S. federal law where applicable
