These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the LunarLife mobile application, website, platform, and all related services provided by LunarLife.me, LLC (“LunarLife,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

The LunarLife ecosystem includes features such as:

• AstroCast

• Celestial Search

• Personal Timing Intelligence (PTIM)

• N-of-One Experiments

• Cosmic Calendar

• Life Event Optimizer

• Historical Lookback

• Compatibility Check

• Archetype Assessment

• Time Warp

• Traveller

• Wellness Ritual Builder

• Discover & Trends

• Gig Salesforce Program

• Evangelist Network

• eCommerce integrations

• Any future features, tools, or extensions

 

Collectively, these are the “Service.”

 

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

 

You must be 18 years or older to use LunarLife.

 

 

2. Purpose of the Service

 

LunarLife provides emotional weather insights, personalized rhythms, celestial context, behavioral analytics, and AI-supported interpretations for:

 

• Entertainment

• Personal insight

• Self-awareness

• Wellness support

• Timing intelligence

• Life rhythm awareness

 

 

LunarLife does NOT provide medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

It does not diagnose or treat any condition.

 

 

3. User Accounts

 

You are responsible for:

 

• Maintaining the security of your account

• Ensuring your information is accurate

• All activity occurring under your account

 

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

 

• Violate these Terms

• Misuse or abuse the service

• Attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, or damage the platform

• Engage in fraudulent or harmful behavior

 

 

4. Acceptable Use

 

You agree not to:

 

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes

• Attempt to manipulate, exploit, or interfere with system functionality

• Access data or systems without authorization

• Upload harmful, abusive, or infringing content

• Use AI guidance as a substitute for professional help

 

LunarLife.me, LLC may limit access, throttle usage, or terminate services at its discretion.

 

 

5. Data Monetization & User Rewards (Optional Program)

 

LunarLife offers an opt-in Data Dividend Program, allowing users to earn LunarLife Tokens or revenue share based on the quality and type of data they voluntarily contribute.

 

5.1 Participation Is 100% Optional

 

You must opt in explicitly.

You may opt out at any time.

 

5.2 Types of Data Eligible for Monetization

 

If opted in, the following may be used in anonymized or aggregated form:

 

• Emotional data (AstroPulse ratings)

• N-of-One experiment results

• Celestial Search patterns

• Timing windows

• Behavioral markers (sleep, activity timing, journaling text)

• Archetype Assessment data

• Phenomena interpretation reactions

• High-quality datasets via the Data Quality Meter

 

 

5.3 Identifiable Data (Premium Tier)

 

Only if you explicitly opt in again:

 

• Identifiable (non-anonymized) data may be used for research partnerships.

• This yields higher earning potential.

• Requires double-confirmation per GDPR standards.

 

 

5.4 No Guarantees of Earnings

 

Rewards fluctuate based on:

 

• Data demand

• Market research value

• Quality, frequency, and consistency of user inputs

• Badge tier multipliers

• LunarLife Token market structure

6. Intellectual Property

​

All rights in the Service belong to LunarLife.me, LLC, including:

 

• Algorithms

• Designs

• PTIM models

• Celestial Search engine

• User interface

• Content

• Branding

• Data models

• Visual systems

• In-app assets

 

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or exploit the platform.

 

 

7. Subscriptions, Founding Wave Access & Payments

 

 

7.1 Founding Wave Access

 

Users who join during LunarLife’s early access period receive:

 

• Free access to premium features

• Permanent founder-status benefits

• Priority features

 

 

7.2 Subscriptions

 

Future users may require paid subscriptions.

     Commissions & Residuals (Evangelist tier and above):

   • 20–30% commission on personally referred paid subscribers

   • 5–7% residual commission on referred users for up to 5 years (20% annual payout)

   • Cancellations & Refunds: You may cancel anytime via your App Store / Google Play account. No refunds for partial months. Subscriptions continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

   • Restore Purchases: Use the “Restore Purchases” button in Settings to recover your subscription on a new device or reinstall.

7.3 Payments & Refunds

 

Purchases are processed via Apple’s App Store policies.

Refunds must be requested through Apple.

 

8. Disclaimers

• Does not guarantee accuracy of insights

• Does not make predictions

• Is not a substitute for medical or mental health care

• Does not provide professional advice

• Should be used for entertainment, reflection, and personal development only

 

Any decisions you make using the Service are your responsibility.

 

 

9. Limitation of Liability

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

 

• LunarLife.me, LLC is not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use the Service

• Emotional insights are provided “as-is”

• We are not responsible for loss of data, interruptions, or inaccuracies

 

 

10. Termination

 

We may suspend or terminate your account for:

 

• Violations of these Terms

• Security risks

• Fraud or abuse

• Legal requirements

 

You may terminate anytime by deleting your account.

 

 

11. Governing Law

 

 

These Terms are governed by:

 

• The laws of the State of Delaware

• Applicable U.S. federal law
