Terms of Service

LUNARLIFE TERMS OF USE - EFFECTIVE DATE: OCTOBER 13, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LunarLife mobile application and related services (the "Service"), provided by LunarLife, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("LunarLife," "we," "our," or "us").

 

The Service includes AstroCast, AstroPulse, N-of-1 Studies, Time Warp, Time Traveler, Celestial Search, Historical Lookback, Compatibility Check, and Cosmic Calendar, along with any other features we offer now or in the future.

 

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be 18 years or older to use LunarLife.

 

1. What LunarLife Is, and Is Not

 

LunarLife is a Personal Decision and Timing Intelligence app. It provides personalized insights based on celestial and environmental data, your own self-reported information, and AI-generated interpretation, for entertainment, self-reflection, and personal timing awareness.

 

LunarLife does not make predictions. It does not provide medical, financial, legal, or relationship advice, and it is not a substitute for professional guidance. Decisions you make using the Service are your own responsibility. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, contact a qualified professional or emergency services.

 

2. License

 

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or sublicense the Service. If you use the iOS app, the End User License Agreement also applies, and if the two conflict as to your use of the app on an Apple device, the End User License Agreement controls.

 

3. Your Account

 

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms, misusing the Service, or engaging in fraudulent or harmful conduct.

 

4. Acceptable Use

 

You agree not to: use the Service unlawfully; interfere with or attempt to exploit the Service's systems; access data or accounts without authorization; or use AI-generated guidance as a substitute for professional help.

 

5. Compatibility Check: Your Representation

 

If you use Compatibility Check, you are submitting another person's name and birth information. By doing so, you represent that you have that person's permission to share their information with us for this purpose. You are responsible for this representation; see our Privacy Policy for how this information is processed.

 

6. Subscriptions

 

LunarLife offers auto-renewing subscriptions through the Apple App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings. Deleting your LunarLife account does not cancel an active subscription; you must cancel separately through your Apple ID settings. Pricing and available tiers are displayed in the app and are subject to change with notice. Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.

 

7. Founding Wave

 

The Founding Wave is a limited program for the first 1,000 members to qualify as LunarLife Evangelists. Founding Wave members receive access to every feature of the Service available to subscribers at no charge for life.

 

"For life" means for the operational life of the Service. It does not mean your lifetime. Founding Wave status is personal to you, may not be transferred or sold, and has no cash value. We may revoke Founding Wave status if you commit fraud, abuse the Service or the referral program, or violate these Terms. If we discontinue the Service, Founding Wave access ends with it. Founding Wave status is not a purchase, and nothing is paid for it.

 

8. Referral and Evangelist Program

 

Users who complete the applicable credentialing requirements may participate in LunarLife's referral program at the Evangelist, Pro, or Shopkeeper tier. The program works on these principles:

 

  • Direct referrals only. You may earn a commission only on paid subscriptions purchased by people you personally refer. There are no commissions on people referred by the people you refer, and no multi-level structure.

  • No payment for recruiting. Commissions are earned only on actual paid subscriptions to the Service, never for recruiting participants, signing up participants, or buying credentials.

  • Rules and rates. The commission rate, any bonuses, and payout details are set out in the Referral Program terms we publish in the app or on our website. Those terms may change prospectively.

  • Fraud checks and reversals. Commissions are subject to compliance review and fraud checks, and may be reversed or withheld if the underlying purchase is refunded, charged back, or found to be fraudulent or self-referred.

  • No guarantee of earnings. Commissions are not guaranteed, are not legal tender, and are not an investment. Most participants may earn little or nothing. You are responsible for any taxes on what you earn.

  • Good standing. Participation requires that you comply with these Terms and the Referral Program terms.

 

Education and credentialing for these programs are provided through the LearnWorlds platform. No separate purchase is required to access them.

 

9. Intellectual Property

 

All rights in the Service, including its algorithms, models, designs, content, and branding, belong to LunarLife, Inc. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our written permission.

 

10. Disclaimers

 

The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee the accuracy of any insight, interpretation, or recommendation. We are not liable for decisions you make based on the Service.

 

11. Limitation of Liability

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LunarLife, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

 

12. Termination

 

We may suspend or terminate your access for violating these Terms. You may stop using the Service, and delete your account, at any time. See our Privacy Policy for what account deletion does and does not do.

 

13. Governing Law

 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You and LunarLife agree that any dispute arising out of these Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim in your home jurisdiction.

 

14. Changes to These Terms

 

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
